About Us

The Ivy Company team brings together over four thousand seven hundred alumni from the ivy league schools namely Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard, Princeton, University of Pennsylvania (Penn) and Yale. Alumni of Oxford, Cambridge, MIT, Stanford, Caltech, Berkeley, Chicago and Northwestern are also members of the Ivy Company.

Osman Niazi

Osman is the Founder and CEO of the Ivy Company. As a precursor to the Ivy Company he founded the Alumni of the Ivy League Network, which is a network of Ivy Alumni with membership exceeding 118,000. The Ivy Company has evolved out of that network. Osman is founder and curretly owner/partner of a number of ventures including Algotrek Technology Consulting, Wharton Partners and Cubesly Inc. .

Previously Osman was Vice President Software Engineering and a founding member of OrthoClear. Before which he worked for Align technology developing 3D orthodontic software. Before that he was founding member of a team which developed a Portfolio Management and Optimization System in the Fixed Income Research Department of Goldman Sachs and Co, which enabled Goldman to compete in a new market segment. At Goldman Osman was one of the pioneers of the usage of 3D Computer Graphics for Financial Visualization in the early 90’s.

Osman has a unique combination of expertise in 3D graphics, Orthodontics, Finance, Quant Finance and Business. Osman is a magna cum laude graduate of the Jerome Fisher Management and Technology program and an accelerated Sub-matriculation program at the University of Pennsylvania, where he got a Masters and a Bachelors of Science in Engineering in Computer Science and a Bachelors of Science in Finance from the Wharton School of Business.

Lisa Chau

Lisa Chau is an accomplished digital strategist with global marketing and public relations experience, she has been published over 130 times in Forbes, Buzzfeed, US News & World Report, as well as Huffington Post on TABLES: Technology - Academia - Business - Leadership - Entrepreneurship - Strategy. Her work includes profiling high level executives, successful entrepreneurs, established professors, distinguished creatives and award-
winning authors.

She was a featured guest on Midday Talk with Dan Roderick, speaking on millennials and digital strategy. The show aired on National Public Radio (NPR) Baltimore, which is ranked #21 in the radio market in the US, out of 273. Lisa has spoken on multiple Ivy League campuses, including that of her alma mater, Dartmouth College. She is a passionate alumna who served on the Dartmouth College Club of the Upper Valley (2010-2013), and continues to serve on the Dartmouth College Club of
New York (2014 to present). After graduating, she worked at Dartmouth's Geisel School of Medicine, Tuck School of Business, and the College. Lisa has lectured undergraduates and MBA candidates at The New School and The Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College. Smith College invited her to speak as a part of
their Executive Education Leadership Series. She also organized and hosted the "How to Build a Strong Start-Up" conference at Columbia University, featured in Yahoo Finance.
